Dubai Developer Intelligence

Direct answer

Developer Intelligence is DRED’s source-led reference section for the organisations shaping Dubai property supply. Each profile separates official company information, current DRED coverage and editorial interpretation, then records material updates with dates and sources. It is not a ranking, endorsement, brokerage directory or substitute for project-level due diligence.

Research the organisations behind Dubai projects

Projects should be assessed on their own documents, registration and delivery evidence. A developer profile adds useful context: corporate position, major communities, official launch channels and the DRED pages that analyse individual releases.

Nakheel

Dubai Holding member and master developer with DRED coverage of Palm Jebel Ali and Dubai Islands releases.

Emaar

DFM-listed property group with a broad Dubai community portfolio and a live official launches channel.

How DRED maintains these profiles

  • Primary sources first: company, stock-exchange, regulator and official project information are preferred.
  • Material updates only: a profile is updated for events that change a buyer’s research—new launches, corporate changes, project-status evidence or an important correction.
  • Project evidence remains separate: a developer profile never replaces the SPA, escrow details, DLD/RERA record or individual project documents.
  • No paid placement: DRED identifies commercial relationships if and when they exist.
